Liko lehua; the lehua bud, the newest sprout of the lehua tree.
The liko lehua represents new growth or a new beginning. A native and endemic plant that can be found no where else in the world. A staple in the Hawaiian forest, and a prominent flower used in hula and other Hawaiian practices.
For us itsymbolizesthe expansion of our business to the Big Island of Hawai'i. The island where the Lehua grow abundantly, but are also threatened to extinction by Rapid ʻŌhiʻa Death (ROD).

We bought the pikake blanket of the same style a cooler of years ago and it was a fave of my daughters she was excited to see this and wanted this one for her dorm room. It's beautiful and soft. Heavy enough for cold night but light enough for warner hawaii weather. Not to mention it's pretty to look at!
